I’ve had the Byron before but it was a couple of years ago and was in Leeds so I thought I’d give it another try.
A mix of fresh brioche, 6oz patty, thick grilled bacon, lettuce, cheese and burger mayo.
It’s always a good start when you’re asked how you want the burger. I ordered medium and it came put a bit over that but by no means decimated.
This was a lunch burger so I had to shamefully do a knife and fork job to ensure not to get any grease on my freshly dry cleaners suit but tbf it was a very lean burger and if it weren’t for its height, and the crumbly nature of the bun I’d have gone for it.
Nice lunch, I wish the bun wasn’t quite so dry, but the insides were quite juicy and so certainly still enjoyable.
