In-N-Out are obviously only available on the west coast of America, Around the LA locale and that means that the burger chain is not only internationally very popular due to all the celebs constantly vibing with the place, but also very exclusive in that it’s very hard to get an In N Out anywhere else int he country, or of course the world.
Being from the UK and having been to the states only a number of times (never west cost) I haven’t been able to try an In-N-Out for myself, but luckily I do have a good friend over there, living in LA who was able to test this recipe out for me.
It is an approximation, but it’s also pretty simple and there’s nothing to surprise here.
So the recipe is as follows:
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 3 tbsp and 2 1/2 teaspoons ketchup
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 2 1/2 tsp sweet pickle relish
- 2 1/2 tsp dill pickle relish
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
